• For dealership users: organisation name, role, branch, and brand associations.

Information collected automatically when you interact with the Platform:

• Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns.
• Session duration, click events, and navigation flow.
• Referral sources and UTM parameters.

2.4 Device & Technical Data

• IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device type.
• Approximate geographic location derived from IP address.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 10).

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.

• Match candidates with relevant job opportunities.
• Enable dealerships to find and evaluate suitable candidates.

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. AI & Automated Processing

AutoSwitch uses artificial intelligence to process your data in the following ways:

• Resume Parsing: AI extracts structured information from uploaded resumes to populate your profile automatically.
• Candidate-Job Matching: AI analyses your profile and job requirements to suggest relevant matches.
• Content Generation: AI assists in generating job descriptions, screening questions, and interview kits based on job parameters.
• Chat Assistant: AI provides conversational assistance for navigating the Platform and answering queries.

AI-generated outputs are suggestions only. Dealership users review and approve all AI-generated content before it affects candidates. No automated decision is made that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

5. Data Sharing

5.1 With Dealerships

When you apply for a job, your profile information and application materials are shared with the dealership that posted the position. This includes your name, contact details, professional summary, work experience, education, skills, and any responses to screening questions.

5.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including:

• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers.
• AI model providers for processing and generation.
• Email and communication service providers.
• Analytics and monitoring services.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5.3 For Legal Purposes

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Autoverse AI, our users, or the public.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt).
• Role-based access controls.
• Regular security assessments and monitoring.
• Row-level security (RLS) policies on our database.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or compliance purposes. Aggregated and anonymised data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
